Pho Hoai Okotoks

Been going here for years now! Love the fast and consistent service here. I have always ordered #15 and it hits the spot every time. They are busy every single time I go in which can only mean others love it just as much as I do.

Pretty good but unfortunately our broth was served only luke warm. 😫 Otherwise it was tasty and a fair portion. Value was pretty good as well.

The food was very fresh and spiced well. Our server was prompt and attentive. We will probably return.

Nice place to get pho. Quiet place, very nice staff, food is great. Things that say spicy do actually have some spice which is nice.

My husband and I regularly leave Calgary and travel to okotoks for this pho! The #15 is our go to and we highly recommend this place to all our family and friends! Best broth I've ever had. The staff is also super friendly and the owners are amazing. Cant get enough of Pho Hoai! =)

A friend of mine convinced me to step out of my narrow-minded picky eating a couple years ago and I have never looked back. My husband has been a huge Vietnamese foodie for years but frequented another restaurant in the area which cannot even come close to Pho Hoai's quality and taste. I love this place.*I would prefer to have no lettuce garnish for spring rolls in takeout box as they make them lose their crispiness faster. Minor complaint for a 👍👍 restaurant!!

Oi I hate to do this but I have to because I see way too much of this and it's very unprofessional and concerning and it needs to change, but the womans bathroom was extremely gross. The walls, tile and door knob look like they have never been cleaned. After my visit to the washroom I noticed the lack of considerate cleaning all over the resturaunt and of course it made me wonder about the back of house cleanliness. I'm sorry but in a busy public space like that you have to do heavy duty cleaning to ensure disease and bacteria are not spread throughout your establishment based on food consumption. The food tastes really good and the price is nice but thinking about what bacteria lingeredwas at the back of my mind the whole time I ate and I'm still thinking about it today. Cant imagine what the mens washroom looks like. Would'nt ever take my children to the washroom.

Best Pho in Okotoks hands down, and service to match. The staff are always pleasant and very quick. In case you didn't know they also have the Viet Sub shop next door which depending on your preference is just as good as the Pho!

Very delicious soup and vermicelli. The cooked beef is tender.

I love Pho Hoai!!! We’ve been eating here for years and the broth has ALWAYS been piping hot! Cooks my beef in no time, even if I pick up my order to eat at home! The service is excellent and fast! The food is awesome and I recommend starting with some spring rolls and tea! Highly recommend you try this place out!

A very good place to get wonderful Vietnamese food. We ordered Pho soup (#5 and #9), Mango Bubble Tea and Vietnamese Coffee. The Pho soup was awesome. We got a small bowl and a large bowl. The small was plenty for me. The accompanying vegetables were tasty and fresh. Service was very friendly and efficient. Eat in or carry out available. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone. The opened up a Vietnamese Sub Shop right next door. We ordered the Lemon Grass Chicken Sub. Very tasty. We'll be going back!

Awesome food as usual. I would recommend if you have a big appetite order a small pho sate and a sate beef sub and dip the sub in spicy broth.... soooooo good

Excellent Pho, I had #15 large and it was great! Not mind blowing or anything, but solid broth and definitely one of my favourite Okotoks restaurants.

This is literally the BEST food I’ve ever had. Never-mind Pho being a food category. It’s just the best food I’ve tasted, period. The service is beyond excellence, I have never had poor service once & I eat there all the time. I keep coming back because I’m treated so well. They know what orders I like a remember them by heart for me because I always forget, they are so sweet to my daughter and make us feel so at home. Pho has become like FAMILY, and apart of raising our own family and a big tradition in our household. Highly recommend. ❤️🙌🏽

Very small portion size! If you are a big adult, it is not anywhere near filling! You have to keep ordering appetizers to fill you up and waste your money!

My first visit and I will be back! I took my whole family there for a quick dinner. The soups were excellent and so were the noodle bowls. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Thanks for a high quality well priced dinner!

Literally the best Vietnamese food I've ever had. Sign at the front says they arent magicians, but I think thats a lie. Food was delicious, prices were cheap, and it was beautiful inside.

Quick service, good food ! They have two locations that I know of. This one in Okotoks, and one downtown Calgary in China town.

Friendly service, large portions. I ordered the XL Chicken Noodle soup and a side of spring rolls. DELICIOUS! I can't wait to try more! Oh , and my order only took like 5 or 6 mins, and it was still nice and hot when I got home about 12 minutes later :)

Had take out. Food was still piping hot when I got home after 2 stops on the way. Portion size was huge and absolutely delicious! Owners were amazing to deal with and made sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend!

We have been dining in and doing take out since restaurant opened in Okotoks. Always a positive experience and menu items are consistently delicious and very affordable! Highly recommend you dine at Pho's in Okotoks soon.

My wife and I go there 2-3 times a month and I’ll go there for take out lunch when I’m working in town... Can’t get enough. Very clean, with great staff and fantastic food- delectable subs next door if that’s more your speed. Same owners, same excellent quality.

Definitely some of the best Pho I have had. Highly recommend visiting Pho Hoai. Number 5 with beef ball added is my go to. Number 15 Satay is another favourite for sure.

Always prompt with service and food. The food is outstanding. The meals are fresh, generous in size, and piping hot.

I love this place!! I’ll admit I hardly stray from the bun/vermicelli bowl but that’s because it’s always amazing. The quality of the beef is so great, even more so when compared with other Pho restaurants. Quick and excellent service every time as well. I highly recommend this place!!

we usually go here, but have slowed down due to the really rude service. It's too bad, cause the food is really good. But when the waitresses are unfriendly, grumpy and really miserable to be around, good food really won't cut it. Two stars is generous considering we had two waitresses today, and both were absolutely miserable people. Will probably never go back.

Anyone who'd leave less than a 5 star review here must have been drunk. I've been lucky enough to have a few life-changing meals in my life, and this was one of them. The flavours, while not unlike other Vietnamese food, is dynamic - it's like you can taste each and every ingredient they prepared. I can't put it into words, so I'd suggest just going and tasting it for yourself. Prices are as reasonable as you can expect, so you really have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. Do it. You know you want to. (Also very good for gluten-free options, very knowledgeable and trustworthy for managing cross-contamination)

Delicious food, reasonably priced

Drove in off the highway heading back to Calgary and saw online that they closed at 7pm. Arrived at 6:25 for dinner and they would not serve us. They had closed their kitchen and not taking any more orders. Their close time was 7pm, not 6:30?

I had the best chicken satay sub from here! The bun was warm and soft, lots of chicken and excellent toppings. I'll be back soon!

An experience to remember! Went for something to eat with my wife....she ordered soup(broth only) and vermicelli noodles. When the order arrived the soup was full of vegetables and fat rice noodles. I called one of the staff over and asked to take back the soup and bring a new bowl as ordered. I was told that's how they make it. No apology or acknowledgement of the mix up. This person then marched off with the soup. I went to the counter to speak further with this person about the lack of customer service and was told that I am making trouble and I am rude. I was also told by this individual that they were one of the part owners, as if they were proud of it. In the end we left without eating. Went to the other Vietnamese restaurant in town and food and service were great. If there was an option on the pick list I would give this place a -5

Pros:Great first impression. Clean restaraunt. Open kitchen. Friendly staff. I ordered beef sate rice dish, it was the best sate beef in town that ive eaten!Nice tables and booths.Cons: Menus always stay at the table and take up space, wooden re useable chop sticks gave me the impression of fast food rather than a nice restaraunt (but by no means was the food terrible, it was delicious!)

they say pho HOAI is the best Vietnamese beef noodle house. and I tend to agree with them. My daughter and I ate at the restaurant on Saturday we’ve eaten there before and it is the best noodle house that we’ve ever eaten at. The prices are very reasonable we both had large meals and it was only $27. all the staff is very friendly the waitress and all the other staff are very attentive to make sure that everything is good and that if you need anything they’re always there. if you haven’t tried this place you need to try it even if you’re not sure what it is or if you will like it try the 16 which is basically a chicken noodle soup is fantastic. Or the 31 which is one of their noodle bowls you can ask for less spicy or different sauce on your meat. if I was to rate us out of five I would rate it a six

Our daughter took us here for lunch, great venue to have good food while visiting with her. Excellent selection of food accompanied by equally good service.

Fantastic Satay beef noodle soup! Comes with fresh basil, Sprouts lime and red chili pepper, all in hearty bone broth with crushed peanuts.
